Fall 04G Rankings (All Leagues)

Let the fun begin... go ahead and rank the 04 teams however you believe they land. My personal top 10 are:

1. Dalglish
2. Rosales
3. Kennington
4. Rowdies
5. Odyssey
6. TBG Elite
7. TX Spirit North Red
8. Fever Red
9. LP Beardsley/DT South
10. LP Barnes/LP Keegan

South didn't have all of their players in that tournament. The GSSC game occurred 48 hours after their long time coach for 2 years left abruptly. Needless to say this had a negative affect on the girls along with the new coach, Adames not being familiar with how to play the team.

Although I believe South to be the best of the Primetime teams, they still need a few months with the new coach to be more consistent (in terms of consistency for 8 year olds).

I think the top 3 teams of Primetime would be very competitive with the top 4-5 teams of SDL although Rosales is still a good notch above them.

I would post my rankings but I'm actually afraid that a certain parent may threaten me again. He won't like where I put his precious' team.

How about extending the rankings to include 20 teams?

Glad to see Odyssey included so far.

Besides SDL and PT, what other leagues had some Academy 04's?

I don't know much about them but I hear there is a very strong Sting team (Goodman?) out there and the Mutiny Shephard team seems to have done well as well. Again, I haven't seen these teams play but it sounds like they have talent. I have seen Odyssey play and they are the real deal... been together for a long time, play awesome defense, and can really move the ball.

Sting Goodman and Juventus Black Lopez are the top 2 teams from the DIAL League. They are both strong teams and tied each other. Juve is playing in the AFC Gold Bracket this weekend. Will be interesting to see how they do!

No we will not be playing in the Xara tourney but Primetime. That has been our plan for some time now.

A 9v9 friendly??

Rosales is a great team and seems to only be getting stronger. I can remeber the Texan Lazer team that finished top of the group and really didn't have a close game all season other than the 1 loss to Rosales. If there was a 04 team that I would expect Daglish might take a loss to it would be this team. My pick for the future though is Texans Bennett. I think they may have the competative athletes to hang.

Actually DTS has lost the last 4 times they have played GSSC.
