maybe there are some TBG doubters with all of the "who's player is playing with who stuff" going on with TBG and juve. I think Spirit's roster is stable.

Fair opinion but the roster that played in the aces tourney was 100% TBG. No guest players. Player(s) that were lost were good players but part of a rotation. In my opinion, TBG might have taken a step back from the Elite 1-4 pack but is definately in the 5-7 range.

it was only one player & she is a great player but not one of our core girls... my core group of girls are still with me nothin's changed just a couple of games where we haven't scored like we usually do, but still playing the same..

BTW not MY opinion just thought maybe thats what some where thinking when they ranked you below a team you had beaten. You guys came out with a very impressive set of games and I am sure you will do even better as the team comes along.

Yes, that player is with Dalglish. She had committed to that tourney w Odyssey before completely making the switch to Dalglish. Think it was nice on their part to fulfill their commitment

LW is well on the way to assembling a dream team of 04 players. I am curious how other 04 coaches are going to counter the Dalglish recruiting machine. The beauty of LP Dalglish is that the parents of really good players will be drawn to them, giving LW a steady stream of talented walk-ins who want to be part of a dream team. How long until the great defender from Tx Spirit North or the two forwards from Juventus are members of LP Dalglish?

My hope is that some of these parents realize that its better to be a big fish in a small pond (this rule also applies in basketball, football, baseball, etc)

I watch tactics and I have seen some really good coaches in the 04 ranks. Tx Black Gold Elite, TX Spirit North, LP Barnes, Solar Kennington, Lady Aztecs, The Wizards (very good coach), Texans, Odyssey all have top of the line coaches. In fact, there are no bad coaches that I have seen so far. Some are just better than the others.

Hopefully, LP Dalglish will reach a point where they don't need any more talent. It is better for the kids to have the talent spread out so that they can compete against each other.

You could look at it another way, better for your Dd to be with kids on the same level as them. No holding back in practice, no big fish to continuously rely on in games. Think you'll find this will help a good players development as opposed to hindering it.

Liverpool is a club and as such there is a spot for anybody who wants one. As academy director I am sure LW will do his best to put them in the spot that suits them best be it Dalglish or any other team. His job is to bring in and develope talent at the club and help create the LP talent pool and make it as strong as possible. He is not interested in the rankings or this super team you keep talking about.

He's really messed up only getting 4 teams in the top 15 two and a half years out from select though. Efforts must be doubled!

Liverpool has got in some really great coaches so maybe they can up that number. lol. I know in the 99 boy 3 of the top 4 select teams are Texans so LP has a ways to go to match that kind of output.

Who Needs a Ribbon when you Finish w/a BETTER Record in the Tournament???...How did YA'LL Fare Against the Eventual CHAMPIONS of that Same Tournament???...Oh, that's Right, Ya'll NEVER Even Played them...

0-3... overall I think your bracket was less competitive then ours... except for liverpool.

As for primetime teams, I think the primetime teams have to get with the program and start utilizing more guest players in these tournaments. Fever United is the best team in primetime, they have excellent coaches and when they lose a player, they scour the rec leagues and train up a replacement. That's called coaching.

We're Ranked 6th & Ya'll are Ranked 7th In this Poll, Dude...OBVIOUSLY, those Spots Could Very Easily Be Flip-Flopped...Sure, TBG has Beaten Us Twice, but by a CUMULATIVE Score of 5-3 or So, if I'm Not Mistaken...It's NOT like Ya'll Beat Us the Way the ELITE Teams Do & if we Played Ya'll 10 Times, There's NO Guarantee that we Wouldn't Come Out of the Series AHEAD...

No Offense, but Ya'll DIDN'T Do So Hot in the Ace's Tournament, which Probably Affected the Ranking...

TBG is 2-0 against Spirit North however way you want to spin it Duecee. Whether by a cumilitative score of 1 or 100, TBG is 2-0. Is that an opinion or fact Duecee????
When was your win against Rosales?? Cause the SDL score this fall does not indicate it.? We tied Rosales 4-4 this fall not a year ago.
We beat Bennett 2-0 and lost to them 2-1. Never been beaten by them or anyone else decisively.
We have never beaten Solar but have never been drilled by them or any other team.

So please correct me if Im wrong WITH facts and not opinions???????

Having said all that, Spirit North deserve a top 10 spot.

Remember this is 2nd grade soccer not the BCS.

Also there has only been 1 person to throw out a Top 15 and that was their opinion.
