This week looks a bit tricky.

Polaris 0 and DT South (2) - DTS on a roll but Polaris sweeper will keep it kind of close. I don't think DTS keeper will be tested.

Fever Red 0 and FCD Premier (3) FCDp in on a roll and just dang good. Fever won't stop FCD center playmaker that plays every minute.

Solar Dynamo 1 and DT South (2) DTS second game of the day, won't be easy.

Sting Searls 1 and SRSA (3) Is Searls as good as the result last week? SRSA is in transition with new coach. Hard to pick.

Solar Dynamo (2) and D'Feeters 1 - Dynamo second game of the day, helps Feet keep it close.

Waco Lady Blast (2) and Liverpool St. John (1) - My upset of the week. Got to pick a few upsets to win the contest, right?

Polaris 0 and DT South (4) - Polaris is on for an eye opener

Fever Red 0 and FCD Premier (5) Fever Red has no chance

Solar Dynamo (2) and DT South 1 Agree second game of the day won't be easy

Sting Searls 0 and SRSA (3) Scored won't be true indicator of the game, Colvin looks to do well with the group and don't be surprised at qualifying when the new players show up

Solar Dynamo (2) and D'Feeters 1 - Agree with Java

Waco Lady Blast (1) and Liverpool St. John 0 - Waco is a quality team

South 2-0 Polaris( just not enough to get around great defender from South)
FCD 3-0 Fever ( lots of weapons)
Dynamo 1-1 South ( game of the day)
SRSA 1-1 Sting ( with SRSA coaching change and Sting on the rise, should be a good one)
Dynamo 1-0 Feet (Dynamo avenge earlier loss to feet)
Liverpool 1-0 Waco ( Rangel gets it done)

SRSA has a talented Forward , Strong midfielder and , talented Goalie. They will benefit greatly from the new coaching style. What they have done to date against the FCD's and Higgs has been remarkable considering the lack of coaching they were receiving. It's kinda scary....JMO?

South 4-1 Polaris. Polaris overrated big time.
FCD 3-0 Fever. overpowered.
Dynamo 2-3 south. South tired from first game but still capable.
Sting 3-2 SRSA Sting the real deal. No more screaming cats.
Dynamo 1-1 Feet. Boring game.
Liverpool 0-0 Waco. No comment on this one.

Been a lurker and not a poster but seems to be lots of newbies so time to stick a toe in the water:

Polaris 1, DT South 3, Polaris team not quite as overrated as per the referee in my mind
Fever 0, FCD 3, just too much firepower
Dynamo 0, DT South 2, second game or not don't see Dynamo being a scoring threat
Searls 0, SRSA 2, Searls pretty salty but SRSA too much
Dynamo 1, Feet 0, not much here
Waco 1, LP Rangel 2, tough game

Former coach did a great job with forming the team, the team will be even better as Colvin and Solca take hold. Let the recruiting games begin.

A lot of people picking against SRSA! Interesting. Did they lose anyone? Is there something I don't know going on there? Kids usually play hard for a new coach as parents fire them up to impress the new coach. I'd be surprised if a newly assembled Sting team knocks SRSA down a notch.

Javajake- I think what is going on is Sting is on the rise. They have finally split their players into two teams according to talent. They have a great coach, and are gonna make some noise. Like I said before Sting is a big time club with National Championships. This will be a nice test come Saturday. By the way I think with all the player movement in last couple of months Sting came out the best.

Seriously, no way it gets that out of hand. Does South win, yes, but it won't be anywhere near that type of score. South is great but Polaris isn't that bad, seems like alot of people throwing them under the bus after one poor showing. I do think the Sting/SRSA game will be a really good one as well, Sting team is going to get better going forward and they play a nice game.

Maybe Polaris shouldnt even show up?? Ya think? They are still accepting apps at the Ymca for spring soccer, maybe they should give that a try!! Wow,give me a break, all these girls are 9 and 10 years old, not like Polaris is playing the U.S Womens Soccer team. Anything can happen!

I wouldn't get too worried about it Polardad, lot's of gamesmanship currently afoot in the 02 world! It's academy soccer, all about girls getting better for the future.
