I dumped the list into excel and was a bit surprised with the breakdown by ECNL conference


4 - Mountain West
10 - North West (including 4 MVLA)
15 - Texas (4 sting, 1 feet = 5 NTX : 5 lonestar, 3 challenge, 1 albion = 9 STX, 1 hurricane)
15 - Midatlantic (including 4 free state, 4 FC Delco, 3 Bethesda, 3 Ohio Elite)
15 - Northeast (including 7 PDA, 3 FC Stars, 4 Conneticut)
17 - So Cal (including 7 So Cal Blues)
19 - Southeast (including 3 Birmingham, 4 Concorde Fire, 3 Atlanta Fire, 3 CASL, 3 Carolina Elite)
29 - Midwest (6 Michigan Hawks, 5 Eclipse, 5 Carmel, 4 Sockers, 4 KCFC)



About 85% of the players are listed with current or future ECNL clubs (could be more as I didn't check for all newly accepted clubs).

I meant to say over 15% of the top 2014 players don't play ECNL. Better now?

Seriously, I was expecting So Cal and Northeast to dominate the list. Surprised nearly 25% of the top ECNL 2014s are from midwest...almost as many as So Cal and North East combined.
