Who will be the top 5 teams at the end of the LH D1 season next year?

With all the movement it's kind of a crap shoot. So here it goes.

1. Liverpool Daglish
2. Solar (Pulp)
3. Sting Rez.
4. Andromeda
5. Sting (Brown) or Sting (West)

You do know there are 9 teams in D1 right?
How did you determine these teams will be the only ones fighting for the top?

I do know there are 9 teams in D1. The question wasn't which teams are fighting for the top. My question was based on who will finish at the top.

I assume that you are aware that each of the top 5 teams will play with 11 on the field?

Hmm, in the first Vash, Liverpool Dalglish became FCD 00 Girls and is now an ECNL team, so take that one off the top.

I would agree that Pulp's team, whatever club it is in, would be right at the top if it stays as is.
Sting Rez certainly should show well. I think Solar Canevari will definitely place high. That being said this is a year where anything can happen and probably will. I say it is a very open field in all three divisions.

I wasn't aware that Daglish went to FCD to join the ecnl world. Interesting. Guess I need to choose a another team fill the top 5. Hmmmmm...
Lady Aztecs. A team that can beat any top team and can lose to any bottom team. Very perplexing team if you ask me.

I'm confused where did Sting Brown come from? How did they get into Div. I?
Does anyone know if Sting Medina will bring a team back to Div. I?

That is a good question Its Me. But if his team became the ECNL team, he can't bring another one into Division 1. I don't know Sting Brown either unless it is actually a reference to Sting Harr. I am not sure that Vash is really up on Division 1 teams. And he/she seems bent on ignoring any division 2 teams moving up. So Skulker, my guess is he/she doesn't know what they are talking about. Shocked

Maybe someone could put a list of all the D1 teams so Vashmuka can make a better guess. What 5 teams are moving up and what teams didn't pull out because of ecnl.

I know this maybe a dumb quesiton, but with all the movement can any guess what each division of LHCL will be. I know there is qualifying but the rest might change due to teams not making. We may have to wait until all paper work is in, but if any one knows the information that would be interesting to know.

So a big factor is how has ECNL has impacted the Sting and Solar teams. Heard Q only has 6-8 of the team from last year. Is this the same for the other Sting/Solar teams?

You need to consider that the Solar team is not the same team as last year.

I'll be the first to step out and say that I'm "hoping" Sting West will be still be competitive.
We lost 3 starters to Sting's ECNL. (1)Defender, (1) Midfielder, (1)Striker. We did lose 2 other players to different ECNL teams.

Who'll be the next to step up with summary of their team?

I will give you an A for effort but honestly you or anyone else for that matter has any idea how things are going to shake out this season. Too many teams had turnover. Some teams that lost players to ECNL may turn out to be better if they made good additions. On the flip side some of the teams losses may be to much to make up. I would like to have some insight on how you were able to evaluate the teams so quickly though. Several of next years D-1 teams have not played in any tourneys since recently. And the teams that have played a few tourneys lately are not the teams they will field this fall.

You are right. I have no idea. Had lots observation and listening to the grapevine in June about what players have moved and where. I don't know about every single team as I demonstrated with my Liverpool Daglish reference. I completely spaced on that one. I knew they moved to FCD Dallas to go ECNL. Anyone of these teams can beat any team on any given day. It will come down to depth and coaching.

I re-read my post and I did not mean to come acroos as a jerk. Sorry. What I was was trying to say is You, Me and the whole North Texas "00" soccer world are all just guessing at this point. We will have to just wait and see what happens. It should be an exciting year.

I agree, should be exciting. It will be nice to have a conversation when the season starts and not hear the word ECNL again. What a tired subject.
