Looks to me, when you look at the scores of the games played, the 05s gave the 04s a pretty good run. The games I saw were awesome and you would not have known which was which. I must have missed the HUGE goal differential...but hey, 04 parents love this kind of drama

I will be he first to admit the 05's came to play. Aztecs were pure 05 I believe. Hyppia had a Daglish defender and Sting Diaz 05 had a scarfone defender. All in all they were very competive games. TSC beat Sting Diaz on penalties in the final.

Dalglish defender is an 05 and is now on Hyypia full time.

Yes HYYPIA is all 05's and an 06.

As one of the parents for TSC Kitterman, we had a great time. Thank you for all the hard work to make that tourney happen. 05's looked real good and deserved to be there. Originally we joined to avenge a Daglish loss, but the competition was still great. Have a great summer and Daglish...we'll see you Labor Day!

Lady Aztecs 05 are really good as well. The keeper played very well this weekend.

Hats off to all the teams for enduring the hot days, QT is going to be brutal.
Congrats to all teams saw some good games, also saw a lot of guest players on several teams, JDiaz with several, if they stick will be a good team, Hyypia played great with 04 groups and defined why they are top 05 team, "RASE" stud playing with Cuevas, shout out to Kicks tuff weekend but showed some sparks and most importantly safe travels to TSC always puts up a good fight when they travel to NTexas.

Before anybody ask my DD is 05 plays for Solar, just out watching some games with my friends DD that plays for Diaz. I am glad our group has another year to grow.

Great tournament...Proud of our new '04 Cuevas / DeLeon team with 3 shutouts and solid defense. Kicks is definitely a team to take serious with their speed and quickness to the ball. IMO, Hyppia '05 definitely gave us the best competition with their organized play, speed and solid strikes on the ball. Not sure I'd put them at the level where '04 Rase was last year, but worth the respect as they have the potential without a doubt.

After that last post I just have to say hats off to Coach Tahlon Drake. Long deserved! Keep it up.

What would suck?? Not following you. I can assure you roster solidified, at least 12 or 13 strong. Coaches finalizing last couple spots in next week or so.

D'Feeters '04 Munoz or D'Feeters '05 Colon?

What really sucks is you play with a major player that is not on the team so you learn to play and jell with them and then when it avtually matters (qualifying) you have a big hole in your team.

The 05s did nothing to embarrass themselves this weekend.  Great job ladies.

Who is to say that the RASE player will not be playing with Cuevas come qualifying? If she is guest playing, then apparently they're keeping their options open for a better fit?

I don't think so but I guess we will see. But I would certianly make sure before I start building a team around her

It's always possible that girls will leave the "top team". It's happened at SRSA so may well happen with RASE.

We will be at RASE practice tonight to fill that vacancy.
