Maybe it's those Dalglish footsteps they're hearing? We all thought Dalglish pulled out so they wouldn't lose against RASE but maybe LW knew something the rest of us didn't.

The coach doesn't want them to play each other yet, simple as that. Coach's decision. The person that should be running the teams, is running the teams.

Two points of contention. First, the only way 4daluv is not a RASE parent is if they got demoted back down to Dalglish. Second, RASE doesn't recruit!?! C'mon now go, you could dry that one out and fertilize your yard with it. Give us more credit than that. Some of us know alot more people than you think. Said DTS player wasn't recruited....thats a good one.

okay I will explain it once for you. The play in question has nothing to do with the player being good or not. It is about knowing and recognizing a defensive responsibility. Unless you have been specifically coached to understand that you would really be expected to know it. so while my dd had been in the position for a number of year the other girl had not. so it was a simple explanation that the opportunity didn't happen because the rase stud defender was tired or has a dent in her armor. it happened because defensive responsibility was missed in the midfield.

Now on to the subs. If JK had subbed the stud defender there would have been a drop in the performance of the defense. This does not mean that everyone else is terrible and don't deserve to be on the team. It is a recognition of the difference in players. Now many want to suggest that the 2nd half LFS came alive. I suggest that it was because several subs were made and while that may have given LFS a little more room to play RASE still kept control of the game with subs so yes they deserve to be there and I thought they did a good job. How many of your teams could put on your subs and handle LFS? Finally I can't speak for LW and sometimes coaches can get distracted by shiny new things and buy into the hype around players. But I will state as fact RASE was a top team before the DTS girl with no need of another attacking player. If she wants to be here, work hard, improve and learn with a great group of girls then great we would love to have her. But the idea that RASE needs her or have to go out of our way to get her is laughable. Now a defender the team is really short there. So for as much as RASE must recruit we have a very stable roster and the number of kids I listed from outside the system was fact not rumor or what I heard.

oh and for those that didn't get it. If I play C Ronaldo at CB and he misses a defensive assignment that doesn't mean he is a terrible player who doesn't belong on the team.

That's besides the point and that isnt what you said. You said your kid was better than the sub. It was black and white. You usually own up to your cockiness when it comes up the team. May as well do the same when it comes to your DD.

Actually dd isn't getting pushed but she can take care of herself or play another position or team. And I didn't call out anything I responded to an inaccurate statement and more of in defense of the RASE stud defender. Of course you took what I said and twisted it so you can get what you already believe oh and yes I am a total a**

Not to add insult to injury, but LFS didn't have any subs, other than some kid in a boot.
