I'll take a tongue-in-cheek shot at it too:
There's the top 3...they are a cut above and I think FBR and on the field play has established the pecking order:
1. Solar pulp - recruit and cut; recruit and cut. Easily playing the best quality of the group //No doubt about it
2. Sting black - wish we were still kicks when those first checks get written. Very nice game they've developed too. //Definite #2
3. DTS - added a few more good kiddos //But what about the kiddos they are losing?
Then there's a second grouping - they are in a loose order. Any given day one can beat the other:
4. Dallas "RUSH away before our parents choke you" - they play the most "pulp-like" //Could make a case that this team belongs in group above
5. LFCA purple HAZE of smoke - Flynn will cure them of their fouling ways //Coach change should be good but what about others?
6. Solar east Aztecs - they start working it around again and they're moving up. Gotten somewhat linear //Will the move change anything for the better? Probably not
Then a 3rd grouping - these can hang with and beat group 2 folks but more often than not they'll come up on the other side of things:
7. Fcd Premier - honestly haven't seen them much. My friends say they are more solid than the FBR ranking. I gots nuthin //They might be solid but they don't jump anyone ahead of them
8. D'Feet - see Solar Aztecs. Quit relying on alleged speed and start moving the ball like in the past and you'll rise. //Could make a case they belong in group above
9. FCD "Gerrard"- a very solid team that quietly goes about their bidness. I Never hear of drama coming from them. I still can't decipher "the move"? //Solidly behind those above them. Not sure about the move but maybe it benefits them
The 4th group. This is a whole dog's breakfast of teams here. I hate to even rank them because they are all capable of outplaying one another AND hanging with groups 2 and 3 too:
10. Fever - it helps being pretty much the only D1 caliber bunch over on that side of town! They're looking better each time I've seen them. //Could make a case they belong in group above
10a. Andro Run and run and kick and "Run"-dell. //need to play better opponents to prove where they belong
10c. FWFC kickball team - use your mids please //need to play better opponents to prove where they belong
10d. Texans Dynamo Stark - pretty much the only Texans team N of I30. Is JS spread too thin with all his duties? //Could add a couple that make them D1. It'll be a struggle if not
10e. Texans mid cities - OOPS! Such a good team with a good coach that the "big kids writing the checks" ruined. Others will benefit from this implosion
10f. Sting West - they're absorbing teams and players all over. Watch out for their top bunch. B and C teams not so much... //Picked up imploded parts but need time to gel
10g. Sting North, Sting East, Sting Central, Sting upper left corner, sting gulf coast, sting mountain, sting directional. Pretty much all the same. Good teams looking to go next level //Sting Central Parsons has played top competition for a while so I think they are the top of this group. Sting North Blue can make a run against anybody on a good day. Sting Central Sanchez won't be able to use "sister" team players in qualifying but I think they belong here.
The rest - I am sure there are some sleepers out there that are adding players and the random new team that is a dregs of several implosions and acquisitions a la Sting West:
17. NTFC Green - she bogarts all the new recruits from Black and white (now defunct). they are a dangerous team //Making progress and can handle several of those in the group above
18. DTS Red - I like what they're doing down there. Small, quick, passes the ball around...in the loooooong shadow of DTS //This one is a darkhorse in the QT race
19. Athletic Dallas - kinda like DTS Red above - they may be something special //This one is a darkhorse in the QT race
20. NTFC Black - OMGee - stop yelling coach! Remember the saying about attracting flies with honey not vinegar?
Watch fors: Mustangs //Could make it if land a couple of rumored guests, FCD Roach, Sting Scarfone //Could be a tough QT here, and the random new team with some new talent that has been at XYZ Middle School gym the last 3 months getting better

If memory serves, didn't he 'inherit' LP Rase who was #1 at the time? Hard to say if he's the greatest developer of talent when you start at #1 and are still at #1.
Don't misunderstand, not knocking the dude, just raising the question.

What criteria are you using when you make such a claim? His girls play great soccer, no question, and are great soccer players, no question, but as 05girls pointed out, he inherited a team that was beating everyone is their age group and has them beating everyone in their age group. From what I've seen, they get wide and move the ball all over the pitch, not unlike they did for Drake. Since taking over and moving the team to Solar, Chris (and his very plugged-in manager) has added a lot of quality players, and lost a few as well. I would agree that calling his approach "recruit and cut" is narrow and reductive. And like 05girls, I'm not saying he is or he isn't "the best develop coach," and not that it matters all that much, but how could you know?

Where did you find previous FBRs? In the 05 topic, I typed in 'Ranking' in the search bar, and the September 2013 edition was the only one I could find....it had the following rankings 1-7:
1. DTS Adames
2. DT Moreno
3. LFCA Pulp
4. Aztecs Arnold
5. Sting North Garrett
6. LFCA Baker
7. Kicks Diaz
