Noticed that there is a team coached by LW on both the 04 and 03 teams. Any insight on what byes they are using for the 04s and 03s or is the 03 strictly his ECNL team?

LW will coach the 2004AP Jr ECNL team and the 2003AP top LHGCL DI team at FC Dallas next season.
The 2004AP team will comprise the seven 04s on the current 04G Elite roster and will play LHGCL U13 DI in addition to attending Texas Conference Jr ECNL events. Tryouts for remaining spots will begin next week.
The 2003AP team will use the 03G Premier team bye and play LHGCL U14 DI. The team also has a bye into Southern Regional Premier League. It is likely that several on this team will dual roster 03G ECNL.

Well the club in question believes deeply in addition by subtraction so there may be something to the Common Core thing.

Or maybe some teams will play both, or have some players play in both. Doesn't sound like anyone knows for sure and may be different per club.

Question - has anyone checked to see which of the 05 team are or are not moving up? I am curious to see based on that alone (without lh coming in and switching things around) how many there are in each division. Surely some of the 05s played to their lower age too......like we are seeing with some of the 04s. So if there are two 04 teams staying as 04AP and team move up....are we in a 12 team d2 bracket? Or, if only 7 move up then would lh move the the now first place, FCD white up to d2? (due to 1st and 2nd place teams moving to 03AP

I would assume some can and some can't. I wouldn't assume this is in the best interest of your dd or ntx soccer.
