Anyone have a daughter that has been able to balance playing select in 2 different sports that run concurrently? Is it even a possibility, or do the contracts make it impossible? Since my daughter is a gk for both sports we have been granted a lot of flexibility so far, typically attending 75% of team practices and substituting gk training for the remainder. In an average season she usually ends up with 125% of the total training time as her teammates so the coaches for both sports have always been very happy. But once contracts are involved.... Anyone have experience with this?

It has been done. Best to communicate with club and coach to assure you have a understanding. You will run into conflicts.

Yes, it is definitely a juggling act! Especially since both teams play their games on the weekends. We never know how much of a conflict we will have until after committing to the teams and waiting for schedules to FINALLY be published. All I can do is give coaches an estimate of the number of anticipated conflicts based on past seasons.
