I suppose that it is entirely possible that you read that somewhere and that that is how it is being dictated to Clubs/Teams. However, the USSF bylaws say different.

USSF Bylaw 603 - Section 2. An Organization Member (other than a Professional League) shall not discriminate against the participation of players, teams, coaches or clubs on the basis of that player, coach, team, or club’s membership in, or affiliation with, another organization. The Federation encourages its Organization Members to allow teams of all other Members to participate in tournaments sponsored by them or any of its organization members when the teams otherwise.

They encourage participation.........except for when they get really busy discouraging participation.

At what age does the NPL start?? u-13??

It is extremely puzzling how all the games played have not found their way to the teams got soccer accounts yet. That is extremely slow.

The big hype is the Red River NPL League versus the lite and less filling other leagues...Keeper Commander knows more about it than me...it's starts this Fall U13 like the others.

No not sarcasm and no not friendlies. Some teams have games in gotsoccer and most don't. Pay attention this isn't long division Big E.

Additionally, friendly tourneys just means there are no playoffs. The games still show up as being played in gotsoccer.
