Dual rosters, pooled play, CPP, greed and deception has ruined soccer in NTX. There is no such term as team anymore.

Dead on Arrival. Let's just have the clubs and pooled players divided based on talent like other platforms. Take the greed out and develop the kids properly. It's not rocket science. Easy fix.

Even coaches / clubs who sell a "pool" of players across teams (like "we have a pool of ECNL and D1 players and will divide talent between 2 teams") do the same. After they set their rosters, they still dual-roster players and CPP in their D1 games bringing in CPP ECNL starters to D1 games while little Suzy sits on the bench. You have to start to question those coaches' ability to develop players if they are relying on multiple ECNL starters to play most or all of the D1 game, while 8+ kids (who are actually on the roster) sit on the bench watching.
Does the excitement of finally getting a tie or win outweigh the fact that your dd didn't actually contribute to the win from the bench? How do you know if your dd is even developing if she is getting such limited play time? Clearly the coach doesn't care and would rather try and secure a win than to let your dd play. But then again, if you continue to allow this to happen1 without speaking up, it's your own fault.
But why would the coach care? Most parents next spring will look at the results (if they even do that) and won't realize the only way the coach avoided relegation was by bringing in ringers.
Coach is just padding the bench . . . and the clubs' pocketbooks.

From 07 on it's all pooled play now no teams. The newbies already seeing it and will decide what's best for them.
I would ask the director where to find the pool that plays all the games. If the daughter doesn't make the cut find a smaller club or independent that will develop your child and has some stability otherwise your just paying to sit on Saturdays. SOS the parents make the call. Coach KC would be fired by me for his actions and non development of my daughter. I guess will those 8 new players be coming out for the next contract it's less and less the older ages they get tired of it. The club only cares for their top players anyway so they look pretty.

Soccer needs to be more about these young kids developing than the Leagues, clubs and coaches cashing in.

It is funny how the largest % of people that are unhappy are the ones that were told exactly how things were going to be, by the coach and by others. Yet only heard what they wanted to hear. Where did i state that people would leave the Bigs in Droves.
All i mentioned was it may help grow some Indys even if it is through a small percentage.
You took it to the far extreme and twisted it.
You are correct in your statement about players or parents being unhappy or Happy in all sorts of different situations.
My DD is very happy where she is today.
I just see a lot of posts from other users in the forums that are looking for ways to find that happiness for their DD's
The only reason for my post is to show that it is out there for them
to explore the possibility of an Indy Team.

All i mentioned was it may help grow some Indys even if it is through a small percentage.

Your statement said... "grow some Independent Clubs", not "grow an independent club" or "help out some independent teams".
