So just found out they double booked MoneyGram and no game this weekend....awesome. Last game was 2/4/18....and wont play again until 3/18/18. So glad we decided to play this league. lol

Our DD’s Solar team is in this past season in the league there. I assure you our team won’t be back. There is nothing Elite from this setting except the dramatic parents and lack of organizational skills.

Weather permitting, the set up is great. Girls get a chance to play friendly games outdoors and zero pressure. Is the field the best? No. But who cares? Just an opportunity to get touches in. Thank you for setting this up.

The game between DTS 09 and Rush was a very good game. Rush scored first in second half, then a late push from the Texans with a tying goal...The game had some excellent play from both teams....Last time these 2 teams played last spring, Rush won 9-0....I think the tide has changed some Ha Ha....Both very good coached teams with quality players

I'm waiting for one of the Rush parents to reply and say they out shot the team 50 shots to half a shot and the wind made DT South goal go in.

I can tell you for fact the game was evenly matched..Both teams had additional scoring opportunities, but could not punch it in. DTS09 probably has the best U9 keeper in the league. She made some good stops.

Pretty sure I already told all of you this 09 team was going to be something. I didn’t lie. One DTS 09 superstar was down in San Antonio with the big sisters’ tourneys.

Great job DTS 09. Keep it up!

That's impressive. What I'd like to know is whether any were missing from the Rush squad. Missing some or not, it stands to reason that other DDs at this age are also developing their skills, speed and confidence as the weeks, months and years go by. Should be fun to see how everything evolves as we go along.

When my oldest daughter (‘04) had a dominant team (RASE)present in her age group...they were who they were!! They really did dominate. They didn’t have a mishap or a close call in their age group until select. Same with SRSA in ‘03. So if Rush only experienced a brief time of dominance (like a full season) and teams are already catching up, then things may get disruptive and some of those parents will be greatly disappointed when expectations aren’t met. You give GA a momentum builder such as that tie, he is going to crank it up a bit so beware.
