DT South 03 Adames did not play this tournament.

I am sure if someone posted they had beaten Liverpool 04 team in a tournament, you would be the first to clarify which one.

actually no. I think maybe you were the only one confused and felt the need to point that out. Just lost a tough game to Solar Webb in the last tournament but suprisingly no one felt the need to point out that it wasn't srsa, not even you. Would love to play a game against SRSA, juve or texans south top team. It would be a beating but maybe a beating the girls could learn from. See a level of play they are trying to get too.

This is the problem with Daglish parents. You always have an excuse when you lose. One time, you blamed a loss on the Dallas Texans North coach being behind the goal distracting your players. Another time, you blamed a loss against DT South 04 supposedly playing dirty. And even when you win, you claim that the ref screwed you out of a goal or the other team had guest players, etc. Your parents continually have to put down other teams and minimize them and talk about how superior Daglish is compared to everyone else. I guess that makes you feel better about yourself. I have an idea, how about learning how to win and lose with a little class? I'm sure 90% of your parents are great people but the other 10% are making you all look like a bunch of jackasses. Your team does not represent 04 soccer. The other 04 teams are ashamed of the way you act and that's why you have such a bad reputation.

Congratulations, you beat 2 "B" teams and another team that didn't play SDL.
Do you have the best 04 team? Yes you do, but you should. Your team is all about recruiting and putting together a super team. My oldest daughter used to play for David May and from what I can tell, you have beat him and Katt Webb at their own game. To be honest, with all of the talent you have, you should be beating all of the 03 Division 1 teams.
My 04 daughter used to play with a couple of the Daglish girls on her old team, so I know for a fact how heavy you guys recruit. There is nothing wrong with that, that is how you get wins.
The question is, How do you keep everyone happy? Many of your girls that were superstars on their old team, are no longer superstars. Will they get sick of watching your big girl dominate all the games? Will new recruits take your daughters spot? How long can you keep it all together?

well no excuse, DTS just beat us. But speaking of class you sure showed some by passing out your B team insult to a couple of teams you don't even know. I am sure they appreciate it. The goalie was hurt but she would not have stopped the shot that went in anyway. It was a great shot. Not sure what teams have been put down especially in the 04's since I would think our knowledge of them is limited. And since your daugheter used to play on the rowdies 04 team then you know that most of that team came from LW in the first place. An since you said "used" to play, looks like you didn't get enough glory under the rowdies banner so you had to bail. From what I've observed, LW does not need to recruit as it seems kids are naturally are drawn to him. His old players all seem to have a very good relationship with him (I watched him get swamped with rowdies players at one tournament!).
Speaking of which, can anyone tell me how the Rowdies All-Star Team project turned out? It's been very quiet lately.

I know LW personally and he is a great guy. The parents seek him out not the other way around, they see what he does with his teams, focusing on possession soccer, and realize he is going to develop their DD properly. Every kid on his Dalglish team has different assets, the big girl is a talented athlete, he has strong defenders and skilled midfielders and forwards. If the big girl is the star why doesnt she take pks, free kicks or corners? Why is she not played in one particular position? All the girls are more than capable, it's a team!

They are beginning to flourish and there is no doubt they will be a force. In an ideal world my DD would play under his leadership but she wants to stay with friends at another team. Not a problem with me but respect where it's due!

There seems to be a lot of bitterness towards this team, don't focus on the parents, it's about the kids. If you want to argue about Rosales I'd be to discuss his less than sportsmanlike antics by the way!

This may be true... it seems Dalglish built such a reputation early on, earned or not, so that the top girls from other teams would join. I have not heard anything about recruiting, so I must assume it was the parents that put their girls on Dalglish team.

Either way, no one can deny Dalglish is at least 60% different than it was even 5 months ago. It will be interesting to see as the other top 04s develop, will Dalglish stay together if they start to face other competitive 04s and do not win seeing as how the parents of some of these teams have moved their girls more than once or twice already at U7.

I will take your word for it but don't recall that. In any case it wasn't needed there either. People know what the different teams are and if they don't they usually ask and in this case nobody did.

Technically, 1 ID makes you look bad... That Moosh guy. If that person would stay off the forum, you guys would look like a bunch of smart soccer parents... add him and you look like boneheads... If there is any reputation, it was built under texas as zoom and lazer. This team had no choice but to be different as half of the talent pool went to rowdies. Also it is also seen as a pool of players including bearsdley. As far as other 04's I think there are already some great 04 teams out there. Kenn is some nice soccer and rosales was a good squad too. Rowdies had the talent if he can keep it together and get it all working as a unit. It's a good group of parents and kids that are here to learn not just to win. I hope they stay together as it was dissapointing to see the Lazer team fold after such a great season. If anyone is there for the wins or comes there for the wins they will not last long anyway. Everybody plays and often in a few positions. Playtime is fairly balanced regardless of the results. He has already shown he is willing to make substitutions even if it cost him a game.

What a joke. You claim that your daughter doesn't play for Daglish? yet you are constantly on here talking about Daglish and know every detail about the team and post on every thread about them.
There is no bitterness toward Daglish. It's disgust. No other 04 parents come on here and criticize the other teams like Daglish does. I'm surprised your coach hasn't gotten tired of all the BS from your rotten few. If you win or lose you should just stay positive and quit making excuses or minimizing the other 04 teams.
I feel sorry for all of the normal Daglish parents that have to deal with the BS that makes you guys look so ridiculous.
