. But at least now we know that everything that you said has nothing to do with Daglish but really more of your own personal issues with the team. There is nothing they could do or say that would change anything. Whatever happened with you and that group has made you mean, bitter, and spiteful so good luck with your issues

i am sure lw is absolutely thrilled a jackwad named master bates (is this an appropriate name for a girls soccer forum???), who happens to clearly be a stalker of academy girls soccer teams, is claiming personal friendship with him. im guessing he would appreciate it if you would not sniff his jock so publicly.

as others have said, i am sure the majority of dalglish parents are good people, its the moosh's, go99's and lobomomma's of the world that make you guys look like whack jobs and crazed convicts. lets face the facts that dalglish parents on this board are completely unable to lose with grace. moosh jumps on here and informs the world you guys lost but only because you were ROBBED because of tall grass and a goalie that was near death. ncsoccer is correct - its the same after every loss - there is some excuse you always have.

the dalglish parents should check out "the bigger picture" thread - might actually be enlightening. Since the word 'enlightening' might be too big of a word for moosh and m. bates, i suggest looking it up on dictionary.com.

Hey NCSoccer, my DD plays in 04 division but not with Liverpool. I really don't care if you think I bs I just know a lot more about soccer and development than you do. You just sound like a bitter parent. I like the way Kennington play, as well as some of the Rosales girls, I just do not like him and his attitude.

Apparently you didn't read my post. The disgust is towards a few of your parents not your kids. I'm sure 95% of your parents are great. But a few bad apples give the rest of you a bad name. You can continue to defend these rotten apples if you want, but if they were on my team, I would talk to my coach about it and have something done about it. Sportsmanship starts with the parents. These few people are the reason that parents from the other age groups consider the 04's to be a bunch of "nut jobs". No one has ever said anything bad about your kids. You are trying to "stir the pot" on that one.

not sure why I am a whack job but it seems some people should relax a bit. It's just a message board and it's a bit of a reach to make a determination about people from that alone. Go run and tell the coach what? A few parents are on a message board and I don't like what they post, kick them off the team. First off I don't play for LW my DD does (but I would totally dominate) second I am not a whack job, asshole? yeah maybe. Whack job? Not at all. Shelby has really been hard on Daglish but it doesn't make him/her a bad person. You are the first to really show some real anger. They have medicine or help for that.

Man, that hurts my feelings. All I said was that Dalglish would be ready for a rematch, the same that Shelby said after Dalglish beat DT in the first game. And he made it sound like Dalglish did not win, but DT lost the game bc they played their "worst game ever". Was that an excuse? I pointed out a couple of facts. The grass was 8" tall. That killed the passing of Dalglish. They were able to move the ball on the turf the Dalglish keeper could not even use her left hand. Another fact. I did not say Dalglish actually lost bc of this. Just that it will be nice to have a renatch without those variables. Wow. Easy guys

Congratulations, you beat 2 "B" teams and another team that didn't play SDL.
Do you have the best 04 team? Yes you do, but you should. Your team is all about recruiting and putting together a super team. My oldest daughter used to play for David May and from what I can tell, you have beat him and Katt Webb at their own game. To be honest, with all of the talent you have, you should be beating all of the 03 Division 1 teams.
My 04 daughter used to play with a couple of the Daglish girls on her old team, so I know for a fact how heavy you guys recruit. There is nothing wrong with that, that is how you get wins.
The question is, How do you keep everyone happy? Many of your girls that were superstars on their old team, are no longer superstars. Will they get sick of watching your big girl dominate all the games? Will new recruits take your daughters spot? How long can you keep it all together?

From a personal point of view, as a parent of a Dalglish player, my DD was not recruited. Also, why would any parent in their right mind want their 7 year old DD to be a superstar in Academy? I want my DD to play with kids on the same level so that they can all develop together and realize that this is a team game. LW is a super coach and is extremely fair with all the girls. They are learning to play the game the correct way whilst having fun. I can tell you we are all very proud of our DDs efforts this weekend, they played their hearts out against some good teams and came up short against a tough DT South team in the final, congratulations to those girls!

If another girl takes my DDs spot on the team later on, that's just the way it is .... It's called sport!

This is the problem with Daglish parents. You always have an excuse when you lose. One time, you blamed a loss on the Dallas Texans North coach being behind the goal distracting your players. Another time, you blamed a loss against DT South 04 supposedly playing dirty. And even when you win, you claim that the ref screwed you out of a goal or the other team had guest players, etc. Your parents continually have to put down other teams and minimize them and talk about how superior Daglish is compared to everyone else. I guess that makes you feel better about yourself. I have an idea, how about learning how to win and lose with a little class? I'm sure 90% of your parents are great people but the other 10% are making you all look like a bunch of jackasses. Your team does not represent 04 soccer. The other 04 teams are ashamed of the way you act and that's why you have such a bad reputation.

They just want to be SRSA when they grow up. They sound just like jj and tt. By the way, they can probably keep it together longer than you think. If the coach is at least basically competent, there are enough parents in NTX soccer who want to win and win BIG that they'll stay under any circumstances. Domination is what it's all about. The hype on the board is part of the game. So the line to join will grow until there is nowhere to squeeze them in. They will tell themselves that their dd is so good they deserve to play on the most dominant team in NTX no matter what. We've reached a new level where KW and DM are just bit players probably heading toward obscurity and legend not because they are different now but because others have caught on to the scheme. I have no beef with the Daglish team. I've seen them play twice against older kids and they looked well coached. The coach didn't make an a$$ of himself either. Parents on the sideline weren't even noticeable. Guess they've got a leg up or 2 on srsa.

Why did SRSA get dragged into an 04 discussion? Man some people can't wait to take shots at our girls, get over what ever KW or DM ever did to you and focus on your own DDs development. If KW or DM isn't for you then find someone who is. Rolling Eyes
