I predict the Texans will arrange the brackets to permit a Dallas Texans vs Dallas Texans South final.

Anyone play the visiting teams and happen to know anything good or bad about them..

That's a clever response but all jokes aside y'all really think we start 11vs 11 to early? What age group does it start up there?

The rest of the world world doesn't start 11v11 as early as NTX does. Honestly.

Soooooooooooo... Brackets are out. I'm an Okie, and I'm curious how NTX sees the brackets. Sure looks like bracket A is the toughest of them all. Three of the four OK teams playing are the top three up here, so it should be good competition. Any predictions on the top four?

None of the brackets are easy. All the Texas teams are in the top 11 in Lake Highlands. How would you rank the 4 OK teams?

DT Higgs
Solar GIO
Solar Dymnamo
Dt South

OK teams pretty solid. TSCH, Blitz, and South Lakes are pretty close, although TSCH recently won the league up here with those teams in it. TSCH and Gio have traded victories in the past year, but Gio got the win a couple weeks ago up here. Blitz beat Gio 2-1 in the same tournament. TSCH beat Texans 02 Red Marshall 4-0 I think. Going back to Plano, TSCH lost to Premiere by 1 and tied Solar Chelsea Red. Blitz beat Gio that tourney as well, but lost to Dynamo by a few goals. The only one I don't think has a great team is NYSA, I'm not sure they belong in the top bracket (they weren't even top 8 in silver division in Plano).

My gut tells me one of the OK teams will make it to the semi's, but it's a solid group of teams all around so who knows. I'm looking forward to it. Looks like great weather and great soccer teams.

Brackett A too strong, only one comes out of there and conventional wisdom would say Higg but who knows, anything can happen although not likely to them!! Don't see Gio going here, Blitz or Fever have the easiest path to the wildcard from where I sit but Southlake in the mix as well, Feet and FCD South become victims of seeding. Great group of teams with 8 of the top 11 NT teams and strong Ok teams to boot.

Is it just me or does Black bracket A seemed more stacked than the others?

FCD Blue is a top 12 team...
Sting Parker is a top 20 team...
Andromeda may be best team in D3...
And both South Lakes OK Teams are pretty good..Obviously the blue team is better but this White team can play too.

My guess would be FC Dallas Blue comes out of this group b/c they have more offense. But this will be interesting

Although I haven't seen Sting play this year...I think they are a strong team...they had an unbelievably tough schedule. So I'd say they will compete with FCD Blue well if their girls can muster up enough spriit after their beat down in LH. They should be able to recover this Spring since they seemed to have played most of the "biggies" already.

Andro will want to prove they should be in D1, not D3 and Renfro is up or down. Can be seriously dangerous sometimes and flat others.

Should be some really good games...that 9PM game on Friday night is interesting just due to the late time, these are 10 yr old girls...mine is in bed curled up with her stuffed animals by 9pm.

Anybody have any prediction on how our fellow 02 team FCD Premier will do over against the 01's in the Red(top) group?

My DD's team has played all of these teams (including FCD Premier '02) in the past 12 months. My predictions:

They will beat Austin Texans '01 by 2 or more.
DT '01 Red North game will be very competitive and could go either way.
OFC '01 will beat them by at least 2. Too much size, speed, and skill on that team.

Prediction: 1-1-1, don't advance to the semis.

Website says Andromeda made it as wildcard against Higg in Semi's, but if you look at points OK Blitz had more points than Andromeda.....what happened there?

Where is the tale of the tape? This was an over time tooth and nail battle. The better team did win, but it was a hard fought battle. Good job Texans!

I didn't mean to insinuate that they did, i honestly have no clue if they did or not. I do know that there were some teams with guests. I was speaking in general terms that there are many factors that can make tournament game results differ from league play results. Also, some teams may not have their full group of players, this can change team dynamics/ play as well during tourneys.
