Clarify rumor FCDALLAS South

Did the head snake leave the team and go elsewhere? Is this rumor true? If it is, it would be the best thing to happen for this team. Please clarify

Interesting... What were the circumstances? Did he try to recruit the team to follow once again, or did he face the termination on his own? I'm in shock that Fc would allow such a change and release....

No, from what I heard, left a dear John note on the pillow when the team awoke in the morning. His walls probably collapsed on him.

Leaving with only a couple of games left to the season and fighting for a slot in D1? Yeah, no matter the situation, seems like seeing it through would have been a better lesson for your kid. How bad can two more weeks be?

They have been gone three weeks to four weeks, from what I understand.

2/3/4 doesn't matter in my opinion. Its a life lesson for your kid. Sounds like the manager is not only a horrible role model for his kid, but to the team. I know that I have not been your biggest fan on here, but it was mainly because of your cocky manager. He was rude and full of himself. I'm hopeful that your group of girls not let this get them down, but pull through and finish the season strong. One player on the team makes more of an impact emotionally than physically. For the girls sake, wish you the best....and good riddens to the snake.

Yes the rumors are true!! They are no longer on the team and have been off the team for a few weeks now. Our girls/team are doing just fine, heck scored 3 times in the last 2 games and we havent scored since october so trust me it hasnt gotten the girls down at all! We lost 1 girl, she didnt make or break the team and FC Dallas South will still be here at the end of the day. Thanks to those that wish us the best, see you on the field.

Those not in the 02 world are a little curious now, what exactly made this manager persona non grata? Just from reading what was here, it sounds like they were involved with this group for awhile. What caused the change?

This man is a snake with venom. Dangerous in many ways. He single handledly took a team of talented girls and found another coach and basically blindsided his old coach. The old coach and him were best of friends and the old coach did not expect this from him or the team. I cant say what the other parents felt, however, when so close to qualifying, maybe they had no other choice to go along with his poisonous plan???? Regardless of that, he now has done the same thing to his own daughter.. Sad.. He is not an example for anyone. He should be ashamed of himself. I am actually surprised that he is not on here attacking me.. he usually is. Maybe his hisser finally got hissed out

Just curious, was the old coach competent? The team looks to be doing well under the new coach - maybe he did what was best for the team not his friend? I am sure plenty of us have had coached that our DD liked who was also considered a good friend, but when the thought comes up that the DD could develop more somewhere else and you make the change that doesn't make you a snake.

Anyone else interested in the accused side of the story? That may spark some good forum drama.

This team's chemistry if 100 percent better since his departure. His DD is the one will pay the price in the end. She is a good player who will end up hating soccer by u14. Backdraft and $exymomma, I think you were right all the past months.

Wow, big balls, that is mighty big of you to say. I'm a parent just like you, it's sad to see adults, grown men, act the way he did. It was disappointing to watch him throw a fit on and off the sideline and yell at that team. He should be more aware of his actions in front of other people. Once a snake, always a snake....feel sorry for the team he went to...happy that the girls are doing better, it is their memories that matter, not some parent who is living his life through his dd
