Oh and by the way, if you've ever watched the LFS games half the girls on the bench are from the other team and are simply supporting each other.
However, I think this rule was broken...
2. A Club Pass Player may play League games for other teams within their Club
(referred to as “Receiving Teams” herein) under all of the following restrictions:
a. A Club Pass Player may not “play down” for a team in a younger age
group (e.g., an under-15 Club Pass Player may not play on an under-14
Receiving Team);
b. A Club Pass Player may appear on one and only one Game Day Roster on
a given day;
Not that it matters, we'll all interpret the rules as we see it benefits our argument... LOL
Rules were meant to be bent and not broken when loopholes are found and if no one calls it out, was a rule really broken?
I think you're missing the point. The comment was made that players were limited to 1 roster come July. This is simply not true anymore and furthermore this rule doesn't apply to SDL games anyway.

If a team uses guess players these questions always come up. LFS white is not the first and won't be the last. The question even lasted as long as it did because of the excuses and justifications that just up just didn't hold water.
No hate for LFS white. I am just now finding out that they are their own team. All along I though it was part of LFS black.

Oh, I got what you were sayin, not arguing, actually, somewhat agreeing with you - just pointing out that in this single solitary case that everyone is arguing, this wouldn't have been able to happen in LH, necessarily. Otherwise, could care less to be honest... LOL
What I mean is the players in question had played at 3:30pm and again on a separate roster at 4:45pm. In LH that would not be allowed to happen based on the rules... so I just want to be sure we interpret the rules being tossed around legitimately.

Not being picky, but the real storyline is not Scott tying LFS White, it is LFS White tying Scott. By all accounts (dangerous proposition to take from a forum) Scott didn't play poorly, it was LFS White that came in with a definitive strategy and succeeded with that strategy.
These are great points Joey. And to me the real storyline should be, what does this say about LFS Black?

How long has it been since you've seen an 04G game? A lot has changed in a year.

Who really cares how big their roster is and who really cares how many LFS Black players were on the field. Sitting back and not trying to concede is a legitimate strategy used in the soccer world everyday. The best teams in the world have been frustrated by this and many times don't even walk out with a draw. This is the strategy used against Barca in almost every game they play. They can have 80%-90% of possession and still occasionaly walk out with a draw or loss.
LFS needs to be congratulated for not conceding and DT Scott needs to figure out how to play against this strategy that will no doubt be used against them in the future.
Trying to understand why JK is teaching this strategy at this level? Here is a great explanation of why JK will do it:

"Quite honestly you generally see it happen in a few different scenarios, the first one is if you are severly out classed (happens to 03 SRSA quite a bit) and you want to try to only lose 6-0 vs 12-0 however you are willing to concede that you will not be scoring. Another scenario is if you are somewhat evenly matched but you know that your normal attacking style won't work and then leave you exposed, so you want to win but you are willing to play a very defensive game and then hope that you can get a ball cleared long and catch a break on the counter. The last scenario is late in a game and you are up by a goal and simply do not want anyone running free, so you cram the box with 9 girls and make moving the ball around pretty painful.
Personally I'm not a big fan of scenario 1 or 2 at this age because I don't think it teaches the girls anything at this age. However no matter what coaches or parents say, winning matters to them so if there's a way that someone can get a win while not developing a kid they will do it because winning keeps parent$ around and it's a business at the end of the day."

That they have 1 more loss to DT Scott than the White team?

I guess the "reason" wasn't good enough as to why he did it?
And I'm just asking and you more observant or knowledgeable posters can set me straight if I'm off base with this info....but hasn't LW sent a RASE player or 2 to a Dalglish game? LP Owens borrowed the then "Dalglish Sweeper" to stack up with other teams... What's good for the goose isn't good for the gander I guess....
I mean Scott used to use Rosales players to stack up at times...
I know what team doesn't but it may start a fire and its too early for that. LOL
Still was a valid point by GO but a better analogy as far as Lakers/Clippers...it was more like Lakers pulling from their squad to cover their D-League teams injured players. No offense at all to LFS White players.
You are being much more tactful in your response then I would have been. Folks calling out JK on that point is like the pot calling the K black or "gray" in this case. And Kix, just to add, there's another team (probably quite a few) that doesn't, but we not relevant enough right now to matter to the discussion.

How many RASE girls played with Dalglish this season so far? I bet ya it's zero. I believe one moved to Dalglish permanently but otherwise it ain't happened.

Obviously you've never seen the teams in question play. If you think any coach has a top 3 team and another in the top 20 by sitting back you've missed something.
Even if a coach did utilize a highly defensive strategy it doesnt mean it would hinder development. Ask the 2012 Champions League winners or the World Cup winning Italians if their players lacked skill or ability. But then again it's easier for the average sideline parent to say a team is parking the bus than pick up on a counter attacking formation.
Funny that in all the games DT Scott games I've seen they have set up with a sweeper backing up back line. Which, even though it's highly effective, is a very defensive formation. Now I'm not saying it's the rebirth of Catenaccio but it is defensive. My guess is that their coach is used to sustaining pressure with their forwards and that very good center mid of theirs. Given that they probably face a number of counter attack situations in which that sweeper would be a big help. Wonder if they've gotten called out for parking the bus as well against teams?
