North Texas, Oklahoma and South Texas G04 Youth Soccer Rankings - October 28th, 2016
These are the North Texas, Oklahoma and South Texas Girls 2004 Birth Year rankings as calculated by Excel Solver using a best fit algorithm to match up team strength ratings with actual tournament and league play results.   Rankings for the teams that have a higher sample size are starting to get stable. Teams move up in the rankings by beating a team by more than predicted (by Solver) or losing by less than expected. Teams with smaller sample sizes of games can also move up or down based off of the strength of schedule of teams they have played in the past improving.

Very quiet on these boards about Junior ECNL last weekend in Tulsa for 04s. Looks like some competitive games.

Solar lost? I'm surprised thought that team would dominate this year.

It's nice to finally see an Oklahoma team that can hang with the NTX big dogs.

TSC will be a handful going forward, FCD Red and Sting Diaz showed very well, but all teams in the 1st Division Bracket were very good. Great weekend of soccer.

Assuming the rankings will take into account the Junior ECNL games in Tulsa last weekend.
Lonestar Red and Albion Hurricanes need to be added to the list without question ! From what I saw both squads are top 10 material.

Yes I will be adding all the teams that participated in the Tulsa tournament.  

I think I'm only missing the Solar scores from today assuming they got played.

Just a heads up. I am getting very close to having all the league game scores entered up to this point.

If you have a kind heart and feel inspired to help me out can you post and links to tournaments played since early November as that will save me a little time as I want to pull in all those games once I finish adding all the league games thru this upcoming weekend.

As a note I'm currently approaching a 1000 games entered into the spreadsheet so this next run will have a very solid sample size which will be cool.
