Never said they weren't - but I guess we will not know the Dalglish v. LFS outcome becasue they bailed.  Simply put, they left a tournamnet that had 4 top 10 teams for a tournament that has . . . none.  It appears LFS has 2 teams entered - didn't seem to bother them that they might meet.

Agreed - but the argument was "why even create that awkward situation" - point being, that didn't impact the LFS decision to stay. Could have seen if there would have been a LW v. LW final, would have loved to watch Dalglish v. LFS. Everyone seems to want to see the top teams play. Dalglish pulled.

Hilarious that LFS is being heralded as the club of all virtue.

Honest question...why would the "duck" LFS? We know why they'd avoid RASE....but LFS, and Sting....who won the last real meeting between LFS and Dalglish anyhow?
I know the beat Sting and last I recall they handled LFS but I'm not sure if they played after the fall season.

Who Coaches LFS White JK or Moritz? If I'm correct, both teams have different coaches, right?

I seriously doubt anybody is "ducking" anybody. Personally, I'd prefer that LFS Black didn't play LFS White in league play or tournaments either. I see that twice every week. If the LP teams don't want to either for whatever reason, then I respect that. We've played Dalglish a couple of times in the last 6 months. They handled us pretty good in the Fall and we pulled out a 1-0 win in a tournament a few months ago. Same goes for DT Scott, Spirit, and DT South. That's the way it goes. Were talking about 10 yr old girls. I don't see any need to "call anybody out." As a matter of fact, I believe the we've split the last 2 games against RASE. Hopefully the girls TCOB this weekend and we play RASE again. If it's. 11-0 this time, well..... we'll know what we need to work on. Hopefully, if it it RASE v LFS Black in the finals, we don't waste their time.

I agree with adufresne, I know when our teams ended up playing each other in PLD tourney, the girls didn't like it. They are all competitive and want to win, but those are their very good friends they are facing off with and it is just a uncomfortable dynamic for the girls, especially when your sharing the same coach.

I think the real blame is on PT as RASE 04 registered in the Boys division but Primetime took it in their own hands and placed RASE in the girls division. Dalglish pulled out of the tournament the minute Chance (PT Tourney Director) confirmed he wasn't going to move them to boys, and dragged their feet on changing the schedule.

Okay you are kidding me right now!!!  I gave that answer a page back "I believe RASE was supposed to be in boys 04 and Dalglish was in girls 04. For whatever reason it was changed and the coach made changes he thought were best for whatever reason"

I don't see 2-3 being scored on the rase defense unless they lose players before the weekend. But I do agree the coach usually hold the leash pretty tight and keeps the scores down. Maybe he will let the dogs run wild this weekend and knock in some goals before happy, funky, sub time.
