Obviously she will continue to play where I decide. But this policy seemed odd to me.

So her getting better is all his work. Okay. If so he should be proud his work is on display, but this is supposed to be about your dd not him. The director said it he was the coach he would insist on trying other teams, that he felt so confident that he wouldn't feel threatened by guest playing. Enjoy your freedom while you can. Play on and have fun.

I always find the "my hard work" line amusing coming from a youth coach. So quick to discount the hard work the player puts in to get better.
Most of them give themselves way too much credit.
