Are any of these teams the new ones you predicted would be in the top 10 by qualifying next year?

Total speculation on my part, wouldn't Colon's D'feeters team or LP Hyypia fit in pretty nicely at Dallas Texans?

Yes perfect fit for either of those teams.

DO WHAT? Are you serious? I thought there were 2 teams as well... Did just 1 leave? Multiple players from both? Where did they go?

Still 2 teams -- the top team is just being 'retooled'. Numerous top teams have been beneficiaries.

Yes a lot of movement this summer.  There is only one Sting North Garrett team signed up for CFBAL but I guess there is still time.

The Texans South Red team played most of their PAL season with numerous players also from Texans South Adames team. And also with a player that also played with Sting Diaz too.

That's just one example. Assuming that the top teams from an '05 team now, would be the composition of '05 teams when rosters are locked down and double rostering ends, is foolish. Not to mention, there will be player and coach movement every season.

Essentially, I am stating that the composition of players AND the coaches of current '05 teams are not going to remain the same. Some teams will remain together more than others. There may be a few who jump from academy this year to select next year that have the exact same rosters. But the overwhelming majority of teams will have different rosters, and some will have new coaches. And some teams, or groups from teams, inevitably always shift organizations too. The other point is that I personally know that of the top 25 teams listed in the rankings, there are several girls that play on 2 or more of the top ranked academy teams. When select soccer starts, this is no longer possible, as each girl can only play for one team. This too will have an effect on which teams would qualify at what levels. I specifically cited DTS South Red (Lott) as a team that had numerous players from DTS South Adames team. Assuming DTS South Red and DTS South Adames teams both form next year, DTS South Red would no longer have access to the pool of Adames players because of the changes in rostering rules between academy and select.

I think with Pulp at Solar, Scarfone at Sting, Erwin at FCD, Farley at Texans, Drake at LP this age group is going to be headlined by some top notch coaches. Should be fun to see it all come together.

Where does Erwin have his 2 FCD Premier teams playing this Fall?  I don't see them on the CFBAL list.

Big question is are these coaches mentioned even going to take their respective teams select? I would guess Pulp & Farley will, but Drake & Scarfone are known for passing their teams off.

Prime Time and Sunday 3v3 at FCD league from what I hear. Its a new forming team, but the coaching, and the machine that is FCD, should produce an end product.

I thought this topic was about what it would look like if the 05s qualified this year.  If that was the case, history tells us that Drake & Scarfone would not be coaching in this age group.  That's relevant.

They build the teams, whoever takes over gets a D1 group. Still not sure how that is relevant past them building the team. We aren't talking about coaching past the qualifying right? -- if so then long term who knows. Hell, short term who knows. I was just identifying coaches that have a history of success.

Looks to me like feet is already in transition to a new coach. Noticed a new name behind Feet Black already.

I don't know each of these coach's histories but it looks like Drake, Diaz, Colon, Arnold, Parsons, Voutier, Garrett, and Scarfone only have academy level teams and no select teams.  Have any of them had one in the past?

I wish Voutier had one...I like that style of play. Would love to see what the older version of that looks like.
